Connie Gwynne (Briggs) is a women’s sports health researcher, social media manager, and former elite gymnast, specializing in translating complex research into impactful content for active women and female athletes. Currently a PhD candidate at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Connie’s work focuses on the health, performance, and injury prevention of female recreational runners. With extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, elite sports, and scientific communication, she brings a unique perspective to women’s sports health, covering topics from injury prevention and relative energy deficiency to practical return-to-sport strategies.
