Connie Bennett is a former sugar-and-carbs-addicted journalist. She is a bestselling author of Sugar Shock! (Berkley Books) and Beyond Sugar Shock (Hay House). Her latest book is I Blew My Diet! Bennett began her career in journalism as an entertainment reporter. When she was walloped by 44 ailments, a doctor told her to cut out processed carbs and sugar.
